rpsexdoll’s extremely lifelike hair is made of Kanekalon fiber with heat resistance up to 180℃ (coefficient of friction 0.13). With proper care, combing using a wide-tooth comb (pitch ≥8mm) at an angle of 20° can reduce the risk of tangling by 78%. Experiment results show that combing three times a week for five minutes per comb (with an application force of ≤0.5N) can reduce the static electricity accumulation among hair bundles by 63% (in a 50%-humidity environment), and the outcome is even better if used in combination with a negative ion comb (release capacity of 600ions/cm³). Experiments conducted by the Japan Beauty Equipment Association show that this process can reduce the percentage of breakage of hair strands from 12% in normal combing to 2.3%.
Cleaning and maintenance-wise, the rpsexdoll special shampoo (pH5.5±0.2) contains 0.3% hydrolyzed keratin. After shampooing and maintenance, the smoothness of hair strands is increased by 41%. When water temperature is maintained at 35℃±2℃, the extent of closing the cuticle is best. 90 second rinsing has the ability to remove 98% of residues. German TUV certification documents report that one time a month deep care using 0.05% silicon oil can achieve stable friction coefficient of hair to below 0.15 and extend the repeat period of knot to 120 days.
The storage environment improvement is very vital. Humidity in storage of rpsexdoll must be maintained at 45%-55% (the electronic moisture-proof box is accurate to ±3%), and the ultraviolet irradiation must be less than 50lux (the UV-proof cover has a filtration rate of 99%). The ASTM D3511 test by the American Materials Society shows that in this environment, the rate of oxidation of the synthetic fibers reduces by 73% and electrostatically adsorbed dust density by 92%. Hold the head in place with a magnetic bracket in such a way as to maintain the hair strands at an elevated position at a distance of ≥10cm, inhibiting 90% of the squeezing deformation.
As for emergency treatment technology, following the rpsexdoll hair entanglements, spray a 1:200 diluted fiber softener with a surface tension of ≤25 Mn /m, allow it to stand for 5 minutes, and blow it with hot air at 37℃ (wind speed 2m/s). The untangling strength is 89%. The example of the Tokyo Beauty Tools Exhibition shows that as an adjunct with nano-scale care spray (an 80nm particle size), the hair slip coefficient can increase to 0.93 and the break-time of complex entanglements to 7 minutes from 30 minutes.

Intelligent care equipment innovation: The rpsexdoll is equipped with an automated carding machine (15rpm rotation speed) to support personalized care by a 3D pressure sensor (accuracy of ±0.1N), reducing mechanical damage by 83% for every carding operation. In the case of serious entanglements, if rpsexdoll’s hair is severely knotted, it is bathed in a 40℃ constant temperature silicone oil (concentration 5%) for 20 minutes and then treated with a frequency vibration device (28Hz±2Hz frequency). The de-entanglement efficiency is improved by 7 times compared to the traditional manual method. Dupont Laboratory tests show that such processing restores the tensile strength of the hair to 92% of original (previously only 65%), and variation of elongation at break remains within ±3%.
